Think London’s Commercial Partner and supplier database is called 'Access London' and contains companies that we work with who can help overseas organisations set up or expand business in London. The database reflects our commitment to choice, quality and value.
Our private sector supplier network fall into two categories:

Commercial Partners
- These are companies that have been assessed by Think London and approved by us to meet a guaranteed level of service for our clients. We have close working relationships with these companies and can recommend specific individuals for particular projects, for example with the language or sector skills your business requires.
- Our Commercial Partners have a quality assurance policy and procedures for responding to
clients within a certain timescale and for handling customer complaints.

Other suppliers
- These are companies that provide a service which we believe to be useful to our clients when setting up business in London. These non-recommended suppliers have not been assessed formally by Think London and are not part of our Commercial Partner Network.

Think London will remove/refuse to include an organisation if, in our view, the company does not provide goods/services that will meet our clients' requirements. Service providers that may be of use to Think London clients but have not been assessed formally by us for service quality.
