As a component of the Business Growth programme, Think London is providing connections and asistance to organisations who wish to develop and implement CSR programmes for Londoners.
 
Think London can bring together expertise and partnering programmes with a whole host of organisations such as Business in the Community, specialist CSR consultants and most notably the LDA’s Diversity Works for London programme.
 
As part of this programme the LDA has set up a major programme to integrate London companies into a major new CSR programme. The programme is called the ‘Big Business Agenda’ and is a response to the Mayor’s Economic Development Strategy (EDS) which sets out how organisations with an interest in London’s economy can work together to deliver its vision. The Big Business Agenda aims to work around 7 agenda items;

• Places of employment
• Workforce and supplier diversity
• Community engagement
• Employee recruitment and development
• Employee Health and welfare
• Environmental sustainability
• Marketing/positioning in London

Working with strategic companies, the LDA, London Councils and others to identify possibilities for housing, progressing business’s view and needs for appropriate housing for employees.
