Director of Global Sales

This is a significant new leadership role for Think London and will be responsible for a team of Sales Professionals covering specific geographies and/or sectors. Reporting to the CEO, this role must design and implement a sales strategy to maximise foreign direct investment into London and effectively implement sales activities and programmes in line with the strategic objectives of the organisation. Head of Business Intelligence

Think London is highly knowledge dependent. Innovative research and the efficient sharing of knowledge are key to the success of the organisation. Reporting to the Marketing Director, the role is to design and implement a strategy that focuses the organisation around key sectors and markets and then provides clear intelligence, propositions and tools which articulate ‘Why London?’ to our target audiences. The role will also be responsible for research to support the sales process and the development of compelling client sales proposals.

The successful candidate will be a highly competent researcher who has both undertaken and managed research in a sales environment. A strategic and creative thinker, he/she will also have proven people management skills.

Lead Generation Manager

This is a new role whose sole focus is to generate key account leads across the organisation from our target sectors and markets and to research the propensity of these leads to invest in London. This is a critical role which has the principal responsibility for meeting key account lead targets through the development and implementation of a pragmatic lead generation strategy. The successful candidate will be operating in a B2B lead generation environment currently and relish the individual challenge of a highly targeted role.

Operations Manager

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer this role must monitor Think London’s performance against targets and manage Think London’s reporting to both internal and external stakeholders. The job holder will also be responsible for the organisation’s quality management system and supporting the Executive Team with ad hoc projects. Additionally a key objective for the next 12 months will be to manage the implementation and on-going development of Think London’s CRM system. The successful candidate will have an eye for detail, be competent in interrogating systems to produce management information and have strong project management skills. Previous experience of ISO management systems would be an advantage.

Marketing Executive

The primary purpose of this role is to support a highly dynamic marketing team in their day-to-day activities. This includes maintaining the website, producing management information, managing stocks of collateral, assisting at events and general administrative support.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate with 1 – 2 years marketing experience looking to develop their career in marketing. Existing marketing experience and an understanding of new technologies is preferred, to add value and enhance Think London’s digital offering. As would a good knowledge of London. Operations Assistant

As part of the Operations Team, this role is critical in supporting the team with Operations, HR, House, and Finance administration.

The key responsibilities are:

  • Provide HR support for recruitment, training, payroll and HR records
  • Update systems with HR, payroll, finance and other data as required
  • Assist with the provision of management reporting
  • Provide support in posting transactions on Think London’s finance system
  • Provide support for facilities management
  • Manage ad hoc projects

The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent and have proven administration experience in HR, especially recruitment administration and/or Operations including systems management and database operation. Proficient IT skills especially in Excel are essential. This role forms part of a small team and needs to be adaptable and prepared to ‘muck in’ as necessary.

Executive PA

We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant to support our CEO and COO. Regular global travel and high profile events with key business and government leaders demand exemplary secretarial support, diary management and interpersonal skills. Additionally he/she must handle CEO’s administrative duties on his behalf and conduct special projects as required.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Executive Assistant with a good understanding of the demands placed on the CEO of a global organisation. Business Development Associate (Based in San Francisco)

Reporting to the Senior Business Development Manager this role will be heavily focused on lead generation, marketing and sales support. This will involve identifying appropriate targets then calling them to establish a meeting; developing and implementing marketing activity appropriate to the location and target audiences and developing sales presentations, maintaining the sales database and producing sales activity reports. General office administration also forms part of this role.

The successful candidate for this position will have strong lead generation and sales support skills. He/she will be accurate and tenacious and have a positive attitude. As part of a small team he/she must be prepared to be involved in all aspects of the business when needed.
